Friends From The East and Minty Boi Presents will bring some of the biggest bands in Chinese indie to Knockdown Center in New York City on November 25 and 26 for a showcase.

Omnipotent Youth Society, Miserable Faith, Wu Tiao Ren, and The Landlord’s Cats will perform for their first U.S. concert appearance over the course of two days. These artists have been highly regarded in recent years, frequently headlining festivals in China and now having the opportunity to perform for their overseas fan bases.

Several of the artists will also embark on their own solo tours – marking the start of a huge wave of Chinese indie reaching the American music mainstream.
