Taiwan experimental rock brothers Mong Tong have announced their very first tour of the United States, alongside several showcases as part of the South by Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas. The tour dates also coincide with a brand new EP titled Epigraphy to be released on March 8th via No Gold Records.

Mong Tong has enjoyed great exposure in the last couple years – the duo has accompanied Kikagaku Moyo on tour dates worldwide for the Japanese experimental group’s farewell tour, and now treks the U.S. to meet new audiences. Several of the band’s full length albums have also been released on Guru Guru Brain, the label founded by Kikagaku Moyo members.
